Alex is a skilled litigator who applies his meticulous problem-solving spirit to represent clients in a broad range of civil disputes both in Texas and throughout the United States.

Alex has represented a host of different clients, spanning from large businesses to individuals, throughout the maze of complex civil litigation. His experience includes litigating competitive, high-stakes business disputes involving breaches of contract, fraud, defamation, and Lanham Act claims, as well as high-dollar trust and estate disputes, among others.

A former collegiate golfer, Alex brings grit and a tenacious work ethic to every case. He aims to understand his clients’ business goals or personal situations, and then he zealously and efficiently advocates his clients’ interests.

Alex also contributes to Dorsey’s FCA Now Blog and FCA Case Tracker for PPP Fraud. The pandemic created many new legal challenges for businesses and borrowers seeking to obtain money from the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), and Alex vigilantly watches for new developments in the federal governments’ use of the False Claims Act to assist defending those facing government or whistleblower scrutiny over participation in the PPP program.
