Rachel Grim advises and supports corporate finance clients in various types of middle-market debt and equity transactions.

Rachel represents private equity funds, commercial banks, syndicate lenders, administrative agents and other financial institutions and institutional investors in a variety of financing matters, including secured and unsecured, first- and second-lien, asset-based, mezzanine, and acquisition financings.

Rachel also has experience in fund formation and SBIC regulatory matters.
