Overview

BRAD HELPS BUSINESSES PROTECT THEIR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND NAVIGATE THE IP MINEFIELD, ALLOWING THEM TO MANAGE RISK AND CREATE, MONETIZE, AND ENFORCE THEIR IP ASSETS.

For over 20 years, Brad has been helping clients handle intellectual property worldwide. With a particular focus on patents, he helps clients develop and launch products, manage IP portfolios, and negotiate agreements. He also helps them to make sound investments in IP and to secure IP assets in financial and corporate transactions and acquisitions.

Brad’s pragmatic guidance focuses on the roll and impact of IP in business strategy. He is therefore regularly integrated with clients’ product development teams. Additionally, Brad is involved in all aspects of Patent Office practice, as well as in licensing, due diligence, transactions, and enforcement matters. Having grown up in Argentina, he has a multicultural background that facilitates his understanding of both U.S. and non-U.S. business needs and cultural differences.

Brad is a partner in Dorsey’s Intellectual Property practice. Brad has extensive experience in a number of industries, including protective packaging, healthcare and medical devices, food and related machinery, automotive and aerospace technologies, semiconductor and other manufacturing technologies, fashion, privacy and social media technologies, and e-commerce, among others.
