Hallie counsels large companies, closely held businesses, nonprofits, and government entities on a wide range of employee benefits and executive compensation matters.

Hallie regularly advises clients on qualified and nonqualified retirement plans and provides counsel on health and welfare plans, benefit plan governance, HIPAA privacy and security, and a variety of executive compensation arrangements.

Hallie advises her clients on proactive strategies to navigate the regulatory complexities of employee benefits and executive compensation, ensuring compliance with the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, and other applicable laws. By developing a close understanding of her clients’ businesses, Hallie helps them to develop innovative benefit programs that satisfy their legal obligations, promote their business goals, attract and retain talented employees, and support the wellbeing of employees.

  • Drafting a variety of benefit arrangements, including retirement, health, wellness, equity and executive compensation plan 
  • Assisting employers with compliance, correction of plan errors, and responding to IRS and DOL audits
  • Preparing HIPAA health privacy documents for employers including plan amendments, policies and procedures, and privacy notices
