Overview
Rebecca has been a paralegal in Dorsey’s Trial Group for over 14 years. She currently focuses on intellectual property litigation. She has assisted in the preparation of over 30 federal trials and AAA hearings and has handled the electronic presentation of evidence at trials and arbitrations. She also has experience in the post-judgment appeal process and filings for attorney’s fees and costs. She works with the latest litigation support and courtroom technologies, such as Ringtail and Trial Director. In addition to preparing for and providing support at trials and arbitrations, she has extensive experience in the latest electronic discovery procedures, including document collection, management, review and production, attorney client/work product privilege tracking, factual research, and drafting discovery and pre-trial documents.
