Overview

Alyssa uses her background in planning and policy to help clients navigate government relations and natural resource management issues.

Alyssa supports clients through all stages of developing natural resource projects. Using her background in planning, she assists clients in navigating regulatory requirements on private and public lands for renewable energy development, land exchanges, and other projects. Alyssa advises on matters related to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the Federal Land Policy and Management Act (FLPMA), wildlife protection, conservation easements, and local land use law to help clients ensure they obtain all necessary permits and approvals.

Additionally, Alyssa supports government agencies and tribal entities regarding land use decisions and management. She also provides clients with guidance on issues unique to Indian country, ongoing regulatory compliance, and staying up-to-date with the latest changes in environmental law and policy.
