Overview

AS A TRIAL ATTORNEY IN DORSEY’S COMMERCIAL LITIGATION PRACTICE GROUP, WENDY REPRESENTS CLIENTS IN A VARIETY OF COMPLEX BUSINESS DISPUTES IN STATE AND FEDERAL COURT PROCEEDINGS, DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL ARBITRATION, ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDINGS, AND REGULATORY ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS.

Wendy concentrates her practice on domestic and cross-border disputes spanning a wide range of industries, including banking and finance, technology, food and agriculture, transportation, and healthcare. Wendy both prosecutes and defends against claims on behalf of businesses, owners, advisors, and other fiduciaries. Her experience includes litigating issues arising out of contract and licensing disputes, data and privacy, investor relationships, unfair competition, consumer protection, fraud, and franchise law.

Wendy is actively involved in her local legal community. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Asian Bar Association of Washington since 2020, and previously served as a Trustee on the Board of the King County Bar Association’s New Lawyers Division. Wendy has also devoted substantial time to representing the firm’s pro bono clients in matters involving non-profit businesses, constitutional and civil rights litigation, domestic violence protection, and immigration. Prior to joining Dorsey, Wendy practiced at a firm in Chicago, Illinois and interned at the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Netherlands.
