Lily helps clients with litigation support and provides advice on workplace compliance concerns.
Lily is an associate attorney in Dorsey’s Labor & Employment group, where she uses her expertise to provide both litigation support and employment advice to clients across the country. Lily assists clients with investigating and responding to agency charges and workplace claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblower claims, among others. She also works to advise clients on best practices and compliance with both state and federal laws. Lily maintains an active pro bono practice, including affirmative asylum applications.
Before coming to Dorsey, Lily served as a Student Director for the Appellate branch of the Board of Advocates at Berkeley Law. She competed twice in the Vis International Commercial Arbitration moot court competition in Vienna, Austria, and served as an extern for the Honorable Jim Humes of the California Court of Appeal.
