As an associate in Dorsey’s Denver office, Amy focuses on preparing and prosecuting strong patents. Amy enjoys working with a broad variety of clients from solo inventors to large global companies.
Amy has experience preparing and prosecuting utility patents in a wide variety of technical areas, including computer hardware, software, wireless communications, automotive technology, and consumer products. In addition, Amy helps clients assess patentability, manage infringement risk, and identify new patentable inventions. She also has experience in preparing and prosecuting design patent applications and assisting start-ups with developing IP strategy.
