Overview

Of Counsel in the Real Estate practice group. Practices in all aspects of real property law, focusing on transactions involving the acquisition, development, construction, financing, sale, leasing and/or securitizing of commercial real estate, including office, mixed-use, shopping center, other retail, and industrial properties.

Financing experience includes multi-state transactions and loan workouts and foreclosures. Also has extensive experience with townhouse and condominium development, much of it connected with resort development. Also supports other departments in matters affecting real property, including business mergers, acquisitions, sales and financings.
