Overview
Jaycie works with clients to support them through all stages of commercial litigation – representing client’s interests, while minimizing risks and efficiently reaching positive resolutions.
Jaycie is a litigation associate, focusing on both general business and complex commercial disputes.
Jaycie has worked on a variety of matters spanning industries and practice groups, including but not limited to cosmetics, creative industries, healthcare technologies, food, beverage and agribusiness, real estate, and aviation. Her notable matters include defending companies against consumer class actions, representing clients in international arbitrations, and litigation concerning unfair business practices, trade secret misappropriation, shareholder disputes, and contract disputes. Jaycie has also represented employers in efficiently resolving a number of disputes including discrimination, harassment, and class action wage and hour claims.
In addition, Jaycie has worked on a variety of pro bono matters, including amicus briefing in the Ninth Circuit, assisting with projects aimed at assisting individuals wrongfully imprisoned, and representing local non-profit organizations.
Prior to joining Dorsey, Jaycie worked within the in-house legal department of a Fortune 500 company to develop insight into client needs and practices. She has worked across industries including entertainment, marketing, natural resources, and agriculture. Her varied background provides her with a unique perspective and ability to provide creative solutions to complex problems.
