Overview
Lillie advises healthcare providers and drug and medical device manufacturers on matters of state and federal regulatory compliance including with respect to licensing requirements, clinical trial agreements and regulation, health care fraud and abuse laws, HIPAA compliance, and Medicare and Medicaid requirements. Lillie’s practice also includes counseling nonprofits and tax-exempt organizations both in and outside of the healthcare industry on corporate governance, grant compliance, and compliance with requirements for 501(c)(3) hospital organizations under the Affordable Care Act.
Before joining the firm, Lillie interned with the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin. Prior to law school, she worked in fiscal policy research with a focus on state administration of Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP).
Lillie maintains an active pro bono practice advocating for reproductive rights and prevention of domestic violence.
