Erin is a commercial litigation associate, serving clients in the fields of energy, banking, health care, and telecommunications. Prior to entering legal practice, Erin developed political and legislative affairs expertise working for the Minnesota House of Representatives. She enjoys leveraging these skills to help clients navigate regulatory processes and participate in the political process.
In addition to her commercial practice, Erin represents pro bono clients, obtaining orders for protection in cases of domestic abuse and preparing petitions for expungement. As part of the University of Michigan Law School’s Federal Appellate Litigation Clinic, Erin briefed and argued a criminal appeal before the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
