Jenny helps clients plan for the orderly and tax-efficient transfer and management of their property during life, upon incapacity, and at death.
Jenny’s practice focuses on estate planning (including the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives), business succession planning, estate and trust administration, estate and trust litigation, tax controversies, and charitable giving.
