Mark advises private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and corporate clients on some of their most complex transactions. Known for being highly experienced and client-friendly, he acts on transactions across a range of sectors including technology, financial services, energy, and infrastructure, counseling on UK and cross-border transactions, including those with a link to Europe and the U.S.
With over 15 years of experience, Mark’s practice includes M&A, private equity transactions, joint ventures, and shareholders’ arrangements, across all stages of company development. He has collaborated with PE sponsors from investment to divestment and acted as counsel to their portfolio companies during the period in between.

- Represented shareholders of a financial advisory firm in the sale of the company to a global investment bank. *
- Represented PE firm on the English law aspects of its acquisition of a portfolio company and in strategic acquisition by its portfolio companies. *
- Represented portfolio company in the technology industry on the English law aspects of an acquisition and a divestiture. *
- Represented a portfolio company on its acquisition of various pharmaceutical product lines. *
- Represented advanced materials company on the acquisition of the principal operating subsidiary of an AIM listed company. *
- Represented Japan-based corporation on certain English law aspects of its majority investment in solar PV plants. *
