Inayat advises U.S. and cross-border issuers on IPOs and ongoing SEC and exchange compliance, delivering practical, business-aligned solutions that support strategic growth. She works closely with founders, executives, and boards to navigate the regulatory, disclosure, and governance milestones that accompany major capital markets events. Inayat brings significant experience counseling U.S. domestic issuers and foreign private issuers operating across multiple jurisdictions, enabling efficient execution and informed decision-making at the leadership level. She is energized by guiding clients through high-stakes transactions where clarity, responsiveness, and strategic judgment are critical.
