Overview
Jessica partners with clients to create and implement tax strategies that complement business initiatives and an ever-changing tax landscape.
Jessica advises companies on the tax aspects of domestic and international mergers, acquisitions, and divesture transactions. She also has experience helping multinational corporations structure cross-border activities in a tax efficient manner. In addition, Jessica has significant experience analyzing proposed tax legislation and advising executives on how to prepare for potential changes to tax laws. She bases her advice on a thorough understanding of tax rules and regulations as well as her client’s business priorities.
Prior to joining Dorsey, Jessica was a Tax Director at a Fortune-100 retail corporation in Minneapolis and a Tax Associate at Winston & Strawn LLP in Chicago.
