Dan helps and serves people and organizations with U.S. immigration matters with excellence, integrity, empathy, and compassion.
With several years of experience in immigration law, Dan has successfully addressed some of the most challenging issues across the mobility law landscape. Dan draws on his extensive knowledge to develop and execute innovative solutions in partnership with clients regarding immigration matters of varying complexity, of U.S. nonimmigrant and immigrant matters, including national interest waivers, H and L visa petitions, outstanding researcher and extraordinary ability petitions, and permanent residence applications.

- Assisted a tech company headquartered in Korea with the intracompany transfer of key employees. *
- Counseled a Silicon Valley tech company regarding certain of its employees and their qualifications for employment-based categories involving extraordinary ability, outstanding researcher, or multinational executive or manager, and national interest waivers. *
- Assisted a Canadian multimedia company with the intracompany transfer of key employees. *
- Assisted several national companies successfully obtain L Blanket visa approvals. *
- Assisted a U.S. biomedical research company with a successful employer immigrant petition for national interest waiver. *
