Overview

Tania is an agile and seasoned labor and employment attorney and litigator with over 15 years of experience across industries.

Tania helps clients achieve results whether creating best practices for their workforce, navigating litigation, or providing insights related to a business’s labor force during high stakes transactions.

Tania's practice includes counseling clients through employee hiring issues, discipline issues, terminations, workplace investigations, employee handbook/policy implementation and other workforce decisions while enhancing specific business goals. Tania provides annual harassment training, tailored for specific industry needs.

Tania has significant experience negotiating settlement/severance agreements, arbitration agreements, executive contracts/compensation agreements, employment contracts, and non-solicitation/non-compete agreements. 

As a litigator, Tania has extensive experience litigating array of claims ranging from wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation, discrimination, whistleblower claims, administrative charges, unfair labor practice charges, breach of contract, and other employment issues and complex litigation. Tania has practiced across state courts, federal courts and administrative agencies, including OSHA. Tania has extensive mediation and arbitration experience as well.
