Maryann represents clients, from emerging companies to established Fortune 500 companies, in industries such as software-as-a-service, direct sales, automotive, and healthcare.
Maryann is an associate attorney in Dorsey’s Salt Lake City Trial Group. Her practice is focused in the areas of commercial litigation, healthcare litigation, direct sales and multi-level marketing, products liability defense, and various contract disputes. Maryann’s experience includes representing direct sales companies in disputes related to their products, employees, and distributor termination and compensation. Maryann’s products liability work includes defending claims of wrongful death and personal injury due to defective design, manufacturing defects, and/or inadequate warnings. Maryann also has extensive experience in defending ERISA benefit denial and Parity Act claims. She has represented companies and individuals in all stages of litigation.
