Overview

As an Associate in Dorsey’s Denver office, Tricia focuses on a wide variety of corporate legal matters. 

Tricia practices corporate law in the Denver Corporate Group at Dorsey & Whitney LLP, with a focus on capital markets. She advises public and private companies across a range of industries, including technology, healthcare, energy, mining, and financial services, on a variety of corporate transactions. Her experience includes initial public offerings (IPOs), registered and private offerings, at-the-market transactions, and PIPE offerings. She also provides ongoing guidance on SEC, state, and self-regulatory organization compliance, as well as the preparation of periodic and current reports required of public companies.

In addition, Tricia advises emerging growth companies at all stages of development, guiding them through corporate formation, financing, and strategic growth initiatives. She represents clients in both public and private mergers and acquisitions, helping them achieve their long-term business objectives.

Tricia is deeply committed to pro bono service, regularly assisting with nonprofit incorporations, participating in free legal clinics, and collaborating with community organizations. She is passionate about leveraging her legal expertise to expand access to justice and strengthen the communities she serves.
