Hannah represents U.S. lenders in negotiating and documenting financing transactions of all types and sizes, including single-bank and syndicated commercial loans, real estate loans, asset-based financings, secured revolving lines of credit, dealer floorplan transactions, and loans secured by multiple properties and collateral in different states. She also regularly advises financial institutions on construction lending transactions.

Madison advises clients on complex commercial litigation disputes, as well as creditor’s rights and bankruptcy matters. She represents a diverse range of clients in federal and state court across industries including real estate, finance, banking, construction, trusts and estates, employment, and intellectual property. She also leads post-judgment enforcement and collection efforts. Madison devotes substantial time to pro bono work, including representing plaintiffs in wrongful conviction matters.
