International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP announced today that it has been named in the Yale Law Women’s 2015 survey of Family Friendly Firms for Category Honors in “Gender Equity: Executive or Management Committee Comprised of at Least 40% Women.” This category is one that Yale Law alumni have identified as “one of the top ten most important measures of family friendliness.”

Dorsey is regularly praised for its leadership in family friendly practices and workplace flexibility. In addition to this latest recognition by Yale Law Women, Dorsey also was named a “Best Law Firm for Women” in 2014 by the Working Mother & Flex-Time Lawyers Best Law Firms. That was the seventh time Dorsey has been recognized as one of the “Best Law Firms for Women.”

“Having women at the forefront of Firm leadership not only improves the quality of our management, it permits us to lead our firm-wide gender equity efforts by example,” said Ken Cutler, Managing Partner of Dorsey. “We are very pleased to be recognized for our workplace gender equity.”
