The law firm of Dorsey & Whitney is pleased to announce that Bryon J. Benevento has expanded his practice to its New York City office.
Bryon brings his experience and passion into play when advising and defending companies sued for products liability claims. Bryon has had the privilege of serving as trial counsel for manufactures of automobiles, dialysis equipment, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, railroad equipment, and heavy machinery. His experience includes defense of class actions, multi-district litigation, and sole product cases involving allegations of defective design, manufacturing, labeling, and warnings. He has tried cases to verdict in six states, and has been admitted pro hac vice in 28 states. He is currently licensed to practice law in Utah and Washington, and his application for admission by motion to the New York Bar is pending. He is the vice-chair of the State Committee for the American College of Trial Lawyers.
After over 27 years of successful practice in the Rocky Mountain Region, Bryon will now work primarily out of Dorsey’s New York City office while continuing to spend significant time in the Salt Lake City office.
