International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP announced today that Whitney Holmes has joined the Corporate practice in the Firm’s Denver office as a Partner. Mr. Holmes concentrates his practice on general corporate matters, capital markets and mergers & acquisitions. He has extensive experience representing clients in corporate finance transactions including public offerings and private placements of equity and debt, bank credit, structured and venture capital financings. Mr. Holmes’ clients span a broad range of industries including energy, health care, pharmaceuticals, high-tech manufacturing, telecommunications, software and financial services.
Mr. Holmes was previously a partner with Morrison & Foerster LLP. He received a B.A. degree from Pomona College and a J.D. degree from Cornell Law School.
