“Janus” is the Roman God of gates, doors, beginnings and endings. He has two faces, one looking backward and the other looking forward. That will be the theme of Dorsey’s Employment Law Breakfast Briefing scheduled for February 1.
A panel of Dorsey lawyers, accompanied by three distinguished in-house counsel, will look backward at 2011 and ahead to 2012. We will examine the legislation and the judicial decisions that shaped employment and labor law last year and the legislation and judicial decisions that could profoundly change employment and labor law in 2012.
