Program will cover the latest reforms, including the important SEC regulations mandated by Sarbanes-Oxley for adoption by January 26, 2003, and an in-depth discussion of the new SEC professional responsiblity rules for lawyers as well as the current status of the SEC's initiative for accelerated and expanded Form 8-K reporting.
