Overview

VAN ASSISTS PUBLIC AND PRIVATE CLIENTS ACHIEVE THEIR STRATEGIC GOALS BY DELIVERING CORPORATE TRANSACTIONAL SERVICES, INCLUDING STARTUP FORMATION, FINANCING, MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS, CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE.
Van is a part of the firm’s Capital Markets, Corporate and M&A practice groups. She supports a wide variety of clients from domestic companies to foreign institutions doing business in the U.S. Van assists emerging growth clients in cannabis, healthcare, and technology from formation to exit by helping them with corporate governance tasks, raising capital through private and public funds, and facilitating mergers and acquisitions transactions. With respect to public companies, she provides a host of general corporate and regulatory services, such as preparation and review of offerings and SEC disclosures.
