As an associate in Dorsey’s Tech Commerce practice group, Jon works closely with clients to understand their business objectives and properly identify, analyze, and mitigate risk through commercial agreement negotiations.
Prior to joining Dorsey, Jon worked as legal counsel to a private equity-backed internet security company where he negotiated complex commercial agreements and supported several other initiatives including the company’s IP portfolio and open source software, procurement agreements, and trade compliance program.
