As the head of Dorsey’s telecommunications practice, George uses his decades of telecommunications expertise, technology industry experience, and knowledge of federal agency practice and procedure to ensure delivery of efficient, timely, and innovative solutions to Dorsey clients issues.

George is well known for his work in the world of telecom regulation and new media in Washington, DC. From Net Neutrality and Universal Service issues to licensing and pole attachments to protection of local broadband funding, clients know they can count on George for active defense of their interests and creative attention to their business needs.

George serves as outside general counsel to the U.S. Institute of Peace, a quasi-official organization created by Congress to prevent and resolve international conflict, and to PeaceTech Lab, Inc. He is a member of the board of directors of the Leadership Crucible, which provides university education for women in South Sudan, and is pro bono counsel to the Wireless History Foundation.
