Dorsey’s Michael McCormick, a Partner in the Corporate Group in the Firm’s Minneapolis office will be speaking at the International Roundtable Series to be held on Wednesday, January 23 at Dorsey’s Minneapolis office. Mr. McCormick will be part of a panel discussing “Intellectual Property Issues in International Business.” Through focused panel discussions and peer dialogue, the Roundtable Series will explore key IP topics that are important for Minnesota companies doing business internationally, including development and protection of IP assets outside the US, cross-border IP licensing, supply chain management, IP in outsourcing transactions and tax planning.
