Representative Litigation

• Krantz, Inc. v. Nissan North America, Inc. -  Lead associate in case representing Nissan North America against dealer termination action in federal district court and administrative proceeding before the South Dakota Board of Revenue and Regulation. Summary judgment was granted on all claims in both actions, and the administrative action was upheld by the federal district court on appeal.
