Jane T. Willette’s experience includes working for title companies and law firms, assisting attorneys in the representation of clients in purchase, sale, lease, development and/or mortgage transactions. Her primary emphasis is in the areas of title and survey review, resolution of title problems, preparation and review of closing documents and closing transactions of varying sizes and complexities. Included in Ms. Willette's deep experience is the representation of power companies' involvement in significant acquisitions, the representation of a major bank in its disposition of various properties across the nation, and the representation of a developer in the acquisition and development of a large, multi-use, project.
