Karen Wentzel has represented clients in a wide variety of business disputes for over 20 years, with special expertise in the laws governing sexual harassment, sex, race, age and disability discrimination, wrongful discharge, employee raiding and misappropriation of trade secrets. She is a member of Dorsey's Labor & Employment Group.
She regularly advises clients on problems in the workplace before litigation arises. Counseling includes wage and hour matters, reductions-in-force, unfair competition, reasonable accommodation, protecting proprietary information, employee raiding and non-solicitation issues, and personnel matters.
Her practice also includes extensive experience working with companies and executives in negotiating employment contracts, transition and severance agreements for high level executives.
