Rebecca Weisenberger is a senior associate in Dorsey’s Trial group and is a member of the firm’s Construction and Design, White Collar Crime and Antitrust practice groups. Since joining Dorsey in 2006, Rebecca has focused her practice on assisting clients in the areas of construction disputes, franchise/dealership disputes, and white collar criminal defense. Her roles in various litigation matters range from acting as the lead associate on large, multi-million dollar lawsuits, to handling smaller matters on her own.
Rebecca is active in a number of professional organizations, including the Construction Law Section of the Minnesota Bar Association, where she serves as council member, and Minnesota Women Lawyers, where she serves as a member of the Professional Enrichment Committee. In addition to these activities, Rebecca devotes a significant portion of her practice to pro-bono work, with a particular emphasis on housing law matters for low-income tenants in disputes with their landlords. She is also a troupe member of The Friday Night Stage Match, at The Brave New Workshop Student Union, where she performs improvisational comedy.
