CMS Finalizes 2009 Physician Fee Schedule Rule
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has released the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule Rule for calendar year 2009. The rule can be found online at the CMS website.
Dorsey & Whitney is now reviewing and analyzing the regulations in detail. The rule contains final language on the mark-up rule for diagnostic testing and other critical matters. We will be providing a summary analysis shortly.
