Mr. Tygesson, a partner in the Corporate Group, regularly advises publicly held companies with respect to a broad range of corporate and securities matters. He has extensive experience in corporate finance, including SEC-registered public offerings, Rule 144A offerings and private placements of debt, equity, convertible, preferred and tax-exempt securities.  Mr. Tygesson also has extensive experience in the areas of public company disclosure, SEC compliance and corporate governance matters.  

Mr. Tygesson's clients include: General Mills, Inc.; SUPERVALU INC.; Imation Corp.; Otter Tail Corporation; and St. Jude Medical, Inc.
