Mr. Smith is an associate in the Corporate Group in Dorsey’s Salt Lake City office. His practice focuses on corporate and securities law, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, debt and equity financings, and corporate restructurings. He also advises clients on corporate governance matters.
In addition, Mr. Smith regularly drafts and negotiates license agreements, services agreements, and other commercial contracts.
