Mr. Smith is an associate in the Corporate Group in Dorsey’s Salt Lake City office. His practice focuses on corporate and securities law, including merger and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital funds, and debt and equity financings. Mr. Smith regularly advises emerging and closely-held companies. He also negotiates and drafts software license agreements and other commercial contracts.
Mr. Smith also has experience in the areas of health care, SEC reporting and regulatory matters, and advising nonprofit corporations.
