Chris Shaheen has been a partner in the Trial group since 1998. He is Co-Chair of the firm’s Tax, Trust and Estate Litigation practice group. Mr. Shaheen’s areas of practice include: business litigation; tax, trust and estate litigation; professional malpractice litigation; assisting clients in government investigations; civil fraud litigation and securities litigation. Mr. Shaheen has successfully tried many significant cases in state and federal courts and in arbitration. He also has successfully represented numerous corporate and individual clients who have been the subject of criminal or regulatory enforcement proceedings or investigations.
