Dan Semmens is a partner in the Missoula, Montana office of Dorsey & Whitney LLP, where he has been an attorney in the Firm’s Public Finance Group since 2001. His practice focuses on issuer representation and includes representation of the State of Montana in connection with various types of financings, such as general obligation bonds, coal severance tax bonds, and state revolving fund bonds. He also represents cities, towns, school districts, water and sewer districts, and other districts in an array of public financings.
Prior to joining Dorsey & Whitney LLP, Mr. Semmens practiced in Portland, Oregon, where he served as a Special Assistant Attorney General to the State of Oregon.
