Rachel represents employers in a variety of federal and state litigation matters, including class action and individual claims of sexual harassment, age, disability, race and sex discrimination, failure to accommodate, whistleblower and public policy wrongful discharge. She also provides employers with day-to-day preventive counseling, including hiring, promotion, disability accommodation and termination of their employees and compliance with local state and federal employment laws.
She has also conducted seminars in employment law issues addressing topics such as legislative developments, wage and hour, employment discrimination and harassment, leave issues and disability discrimination and accommodation.
