As an associate in the Trial Group, Ms. Loftus focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, including matters involving contractual disputes, antitrust litigation and investigations, ERISA claims, construction disputes, and misappropriation of trade secrets. She has represented corporations and financial institutions and their officers and directors in federal and state courts. Ms. Loftus has extensive experience working with clients to navigate multifaceted discovery issues and has managed teams of associates and contract attorneys through all stages of fact and expert discovery.
Ms. Loftus is an adjunct professor teaching a course on client representation at William Mitchell College of Law. Ms. Loftus also has experience in immigration law through pro bono representation of asylum applicants.
