Representative Transactions

• Lead securitization counsel 1985-2003 to Conseco Finance Corp. (f/k/a Green Tree Financial Corporation). Securitizations of manufactured housing loans, home improvement and home equity loans, dealer floorplan receivables, private-label credit cards, and loans for miscellaneous consumer and commercial products. Lead counsel on Green Tree’s Net Interest Margin securitizations, described in Green Tree's 1994 Annual Report as "the most sophisticated, innovative asset-backed transaction completed since the inception of the market."
• Securitization counsel to Arcadia Financial Ltd.; 29 public securitizations between 1993-2000, totaling over $13.4 billion.
