Glenn M. Salvo is a trial lawyer in the Minneapolis office of Dorsey & Whitney LLP. He practices in the areas of ERISA, securities litigation, healthcare litigation, fiduciary relationships, antitrust, privacy & data security, administrative law, and products liability.
Glenn has significant experience assisting clients facing business and legal challenges requiring the strategic coordination of administrative, legislative, media, and judicial advocacy, including matters involving substantial trade secret and intellectual property exposure, multi-jurisdictional disputes, class-action defense, and administrative advocacy on behalf of clients in heavily regulated industries. Glenn has negotiated several disputes to early, favorable resolutions, including settling several putative class actions prior to formal discovery.
Glenn also represents clients seeking cost-effective, business-sensitive solutions to routine and not-so-routine commercial lawsuits, including contract disputes and business torts.
Prior to joining the firm, Glenn clerked for the Honorable John C. Shabaz, U.S. District Court Judge, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin, and interned with the Civil Litigation Division of the Wisconsin Department of Justice.
Glenn earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School, with honors, in 2003. While attending law school, Glenn was elected Senior Managing Editor of the Wisconsin Law Review and received the André M. Saltoun Award for his service to that publication.
