Mike Rowe is an associate in Dorsey’s Trial group. His practice primarily focuses on the areas of complex commercial litigation and white collar defense and compliance.
Mike has substantial experience in all stages of fast-moving internal investigations, particularly in understanding and counseling clients on various accounting-related issues. Mike also has significant commercial litigation experience in defending clients in various matters, including accountant malpractice, toxic tort, and products liability. Recently, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals appointed Mike to represent an indigent habeas corpus petitioner. This is Mike’s second argument before the Seventh Circuit.
Prior to joining Dorsey, Mike was an associate at one of Chicago's largest firms, where he represented numerous Fortune 100 companies, and before that, Mike served as a law clerk to Judge Michael Kanne on the Seventh Circuit. Prior to beginning law school, Mike spent five years at a multinational public accounting firm in Minneapolis and Chicago.
