Bob has decades of experience guiding clients through their most complex and high-stakes corporate transactions.
Bob is one of Dorsey’s most experienced corporate attorneys, with a distinguished career advising both publicly and privately held companies on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, public company disclosures, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) compliance, and executive compensation. His depth of experience and knowledge make him the attorney clients turn to when the stakes are highest.
Throughout his career, Bob has held nearly every significant leadership role within Dorsey, serving as Head of the Firmwide Corporate Group, member of the Firm's Management Committee, Head of the Firm’s Minneapolis office, and Co-Chair of the Firm’s Corporate Group.
Bob is a frequent lecturer at legal seminars on topics related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and public company securities law compliance, staying at the forefront of developments in his field.
