Ms. Roberts is Of Counsel in Dorsey's Public Finance practice group. Her background includes working on bond issues and related matters for Colorado municipalities (particularly enterprise and revenue financings, lease-purchase financings and special district matters).
In recent years, her practice has consisted mainly of preparing disclosure documentation for health care financings.
- Ms. Roberts has historically served as bond counsel to the City of Greeley, Colorado for its voted sales and use tax revenue bonds, water enterprise revenue bonds, lease-purchase and other financings. More recently, she has transitioned to disclosure work for the City's financings.
- When Colorado real estate development was more active, Ms. Roberts represented the City of Dacono, Colorado and the Town of Firestone, Colorado in connection with special district formation proposals.
