Stanley M. Rein is a partner in Dorsey’s Tax, Trusts & Estates Dept. and a former chair of that group (1994-1996). Mr. Rein has practiced law with Dorsey & Whitney for over 35 years, focusing on estate planning, estate and trust administration, charitable planning, business succession planning and resolution of tax controversies.
Mr. Rein's broad experience and expertise, both as a planner and a counselor, are sought after by colleagues as well as clients, and he enjoys a reputation as a lawyers' lawyer. He has served on the planned giving advisory councils of the Minnesota Chapter of the American Red Cross and Minnesota Public Radio.
