Attorneys in the Project Development and Finance group have worked on a variety of transactions in such industries as renewable power, renewable fuels, other electric power, oil and gas, telecommunications, mining, water production, and in the manufacturing and transportation sectors and industrial, commercial and infrastructure facilities throughout the U.S., Latin America and Asia. Projects include ethanol and biodiesel production facilities, waste-to-energy projects, wind power projects, gas and coal fired electric power plants, oil refineries and pipelines, and water desalinization and wastewater treatment projects.
