Michael Piazza

Mr. Piazza is a Partner in Dorsey’s Trial, Regulatory and Technology practice group. He is also a co-chair of the firm’s Securities Litigation and Enforcement practice group. Prior to joining Dorsey, he was the Regional Trial Counsel for the Los Angeles office of the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Piazza’s practice focuses on securities, intellectual property, and complex commercial litigation.
